Monthly Calendar

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 9, 2026

NomiSoft ("we," "us," or "our") provides the Monthly Calendar application, labeled Monthly Goals on iOS and Android (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

Information You Enter

The App lets you create monthly goals and record progress or completions. Goal names, rewards, selected dates, and other goal information you enter are stored locally on your device. App preferences, such as theme and onboarding settings, are also stored on your device. We do not require an account, and we do not intentionally transmit this goal information to our servers or to Sentry.

Crash Reports and Diagnostic Information

We use Sentry, a third-party service provider, to detect crashes and errors and improve the App's stability and performance. Sentry initializes automatically when the App starts. Crash, error, and session diagnostic information may be transmitted automatically to Sentry and made available to us, including during use without a crash. This information may include:

  • crash and error messages;
  • stack traces and technical debugging information;
  • App version and release information;
  • device model, operating system, platform, language, and runtime information;
  • the time of the error and technical information about the App's state;
  • session identifiers, session timing, and session health information used to measure crash-free usage;
  • technical breadcrumbs, such as App lifecycle and device events, that help explain what happened before an error; and
  • network information, such as an Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may be processed when the report is transmitted.

We use this information only to identify, diagnose, and correct errors, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve reliability. We do not use Sentry for advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not intentionally attach your name, email address, goal information, advertising identifier, or account information to crash reports. However, an error report could incidentally contain information present in an error message or technical context.

Sentry processes diagnostic information on our behalf as a service provider. For more information about Sentry's privacy and security practices, visit Sentry's privacy policy.

Sharing Goals and Contacting Support

If you choose Share Goals, the App passes a summary containing goal names, progress counts, and targets to your device's sharing interface. The app or recipient you select receives the information you choose to send and handles it under its own privacy practices. We do not automatically send these summaries to NomiSoft or Sentry.

If you email us for support or a privacy request, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to include. We use this information to respond, resolve issues, and handle your request. Email is processed through our email service provider, Google (Gmail). Please avoid sending sensitive goal information that is not needed for your request.

How We Use Information

We use locally stored information to provide the App's features on your device. We use crash and diagnostic information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App. Where applicable, we process diagnostic information based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and reliable application.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or use it to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Diagnostic information is disclosed to Sentry so that Sentry can process crash reports on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

The App does not display third-party advertising, use advertising identifiers, or use third-party analytics to profile your activity. Sentry is used for crash reporting and technical diagnostics, not advertising or cross-app tracking.

Data Retention and Deletion

To delete a goal and its associated progress, swipe the goal to reveal its actions and select the trash icon. To remove the App's local data, delete the App and its data using your device settings; offloading or archiving the App may preserve data. Your device backup settings may allow copies to remain in backups or be restored later. Manage those copies with your backup provider. We cannot access or remotely delete your local data, backups, or copies you have shared with others. The App has no user accounts to delete.

Crash and diagnostic information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for debugging, security, and reliability purposes, subject to our Sentry account settings, contractual obligations, and applicable law. You may contact us to request access to or deletion of diagnostic information associated with you. Because the App does not require an account and crash reports may not identify you, we may be unable to locate a particular report without sufficient details.

Your Choices About Diagnostics

The current App does not provide a switch to disable Sentry diagnostics. You may contact us to object to diagnostic processing or request deletion of reports already sent. An email request does not disable automatic reporting on your device. Uninstalling the App stops future reporting from that installation, but does not delete reports already received by Sentry; request their deletion separately as described above.

Security and International Processing

Diagnostic reports are sent to Sentry using HTTPS encryption in transit. We and our service provider use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect diagnostic information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Sentry may process information in the United States or other countries where it or its service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. To exercise a right, contact us using the address below. We may need information from you to verify and fulfill the request.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App or a diagnostic report, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the Effective Date above. The policy available in the App will be updated with the corresponding App release. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
